摘要： 综述了手性双唑啉配体的主要结构类型 ,并讨论了手性双唑啉铜配合物在不对称Diels Alder反应、Ene反应、Mukaiyamaadol反应、烯丙基氧化、环丙烷化、氮杂环丙烷化等反应中的应用。

摘要： 目的　为了研究哥纳香醇甲的构效关系和寻找更高抗肿瘤活性的化合物。方法　以α -D -葡庚糖酸内酯为原料 ,以 9步反应 ,不对称选择性地合成了m -甲基 - 8β -O -肉桂酰基 -goniotriol,总收率为 5 .7% ,并经MTT法检测了它们的抗肿瘤活性。结果　合成了m -甲基 - 8β -O -肉桂酰基 -goniotriol及其 3个中间体 ,均为新化合物。 结论

摘要： (-)-Indolizidine 209D has been synthesized using consecutive amination reactions of compound 11. The precursor was prepared concisely using B-alkyl Suzuki cross coupling of chiral homoallyl amine and vinyl iodide compounds.

摘要： [GRAPHICS] The trifluoromethide ion generated in situ from TMSCF3 and TBAT (tetrabutylammonium triphenyldifluorosilicate), as well as TMAF (tetramethylammonium fluoride), adds to the alpha,beta -unsaturated hkert-butanesulfinimines exclusively in a 1,2 fashion with high diastereoselectivities, affording the first examples of chiral trifluoromethylated allylic amines.

摘要： In the presence of the organopalladium template containing the orthometalated (S)-(1-dimethylamino)ethyl)naphthylene auxiliary, both diphenyl(phenylethynyl)phosphine and di(phenylethynyl)phenylphosphine were reactive toward the novel hydroamination reaction with aniline to give the corresponding bidentate iminophosphines in high yields. These novel P-N ligands exhibited an interesting imine-enamine tautomerism in solution. Spectroscopic studies confirmed that the uncoordinated ligands adopted the stable imino form but could be transformed to the enamino form upon complexation with palladium. The relative stability of the imino and enamino chelates is sensitive to the substituents on the phosphorus donor atoms. When di(phenylethynyl)phenylphosphine was used as the starting material, the hydroamination reaction gave a 4:1 mixture of the chelating diastereomeric P-chiral iminophosphine on the chiral template. These diastereomeric complexes could be separated efficiently via silica gel column chromatography. A pair of novel and enantiomerically pure P-chiral iminophosphines was obtained in high yields from the separated diastereomeric template complexes by treatment with KCN.

摘要： Chiral saturated alanine- and glycine-derived 6-isopropyl-5-phenylmorpholin-2-ones 11 and 12 have been prepared and employed for the generation of carboxy-stabilized ylides in asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions under thermal conditions, with electron-deficient dipolarophiles bearing double and triple bonds. The cycloadducts are obtained with high stereocontrol and mainly with endo selectivity, and can be used for the synthesis of highly substituted enantiomerically pure prolines.
