摘要： In this paper, we give an account of a large-scale local networked music performance project produced in 2019 for a series of events in Hamburg's historic St. Pauli Elbe Tunnel. The project included performances of nineteen compositions by an ensemble of 144 musicians, synchronised utilising a browser-based system developed specifically for this occasion. We discuss the social, musical and technological contexts of the project, exploring the conceptual space between local-and wide-area networked music performance, and examine the nature of the communication network topologies in site-specific, spatial and telematic music performance contexts. Finally, we include accounts from selected composers on the ideas and circumstances surrounding the composition of these pieces, their rehearsal, and rendition in the St. Pauli Elbe Tunnel performances.

摘要： Welfare services have come to increasingly prioritise the empowerment of users in the design of social services and policy measures. Drawing on qualitative interviews with programme advisers, settlement workers, teachers, and career counsellors, this article explores the experiences and coping strategies of Norwegian service providers in their efforts to contribute to empowering newly settled refugees with limited formal education. Even though all adult refugees possess a wealth of knowledge and life experiences, their diverse educational histories and past experiences influence their perceptions of their qualification prospects and potential barriers. The findings suggest that service providers perceive the haste to facilitate swift labour market integration as potentially hindering the empowerment of newly settled refugees with limited educational backgrounds. While navigating between the regulatory framework and their own discretionary space and autonomy, service providers devise various coping strategies to support the empowerment of refugees. The article also identifies and discusses strategies designed to mitigate the identified tensions. Specifically, we found that some of these strategies contribute to expanding service provision and follow-up adjustments for low-educated refugees, while others contest the legal and organisational framework to offer more flexibility in terms of timing and follow-up for those in need. 摘要： 为提升国有企业思想政治工作的效果，文章阐述了思想政治工作对提升企业竞争力、履行社会责任和保持企业稳定发展的重要性。分析了当前国有企业在思想政治工作中存在的理念滞后、形式单一、脱离实际、队伍建设滞后等问题，并提出了强化思想政治工作的战略定位、创新思想政治工作方法、与现代管理体系融合、加强思想政治工作队伍建设以及加强反馈机制的建设等提升思想政治工作质效的策略，为国有企业的思想政治工作提供切实可行的改进措施，推动企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现可持续发展。

摘要： Background Contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CI-AKI) is a common complication in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and is associated with an inflammatory response. Inflammatory burden index (IBI) is a novel inflammatory marker, and the relationship between IBI and CI-AKI in STEMI patients is currently unknown. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of IBI on CI-AKI after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in STEMI patients. Methods This was a single-center retrospective observational study consecutively enrolling patients diagnosed with STEMI and successful PCI between August 2022 and December 2024. Logistic regression analysis was used to identify risk factors associated with CI-AKI. Restricted cubic spline (RCS) was used to explore the dose-response relationship between IBI and CI-AKI. The predictive effectiveness of the models was assessed by the net reclassification index (NRI) and the integrated discriminant improvement index (IDI). Results A total of 647 patients were included in this study and the incidence of CI-AKI during hospitalization was 78 (12.1%). After adjusting for possible confounding factors, the result showed that IBI > 18.89 (OR = 2.418, 95% CI: 1.331-4.392) was an independent factor for CI-AKI in STEMI patients. RCS results suggested that there was a non-linear dose-response relationship between IBI and CI-AKI. After integrating IBI, the ability of the new model to predict CI-AKI in STEMI patients was significantly improved (NRI = 0.315, IDI = 0.019, P < 0.05). Conclusion Elevated IBI is an independent risk factor for CI-AKI after PCI in STEMI patients, and there is a non-linear dose-response relationship between IBI and CI-AKI. Integrating IBI can improve the risk stratification of STEMI patients regarding CI-AKI.
