摘要： 当前我国正处于一个充满易变性、不确定性、复杂性、模糊性的VUCA时代,每个个体和企业面临多场景和多样性的决策考验。如何利用现有的资源,规避单纯财务指标分析的缺陷,全面和高效地掌握企业发展现状,科学管理风险,为决策赋能,具有极大的理论和实际意义。文章以BY公司为主要调研对象,通过文献研究法、案例研究法对其进行剖析,详细阐述哈佛框架的具体应用,归纳出BY公司运营中存在的主要问题,并结合实际,提出对应的解决策略。

摘要： 急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者常发生新发房颤(AF),而Apelin-12在其发生中可能具有重要作用。本研究旨在探讨Apelin-12与AMI患者新发AF的相关性及预测价值。方法 本研究纳入2021年1月至2023年12月因AMI入院的150例患者,排除既往AF病史、严重心脏病或功能障碍患者。所有患者入院后进行持续心电监测,并根据是否发生新发AF分为AF组和非AF组。收集患者的临床特征及实验室指标。采用二元Logistic回归分析各变量与新发AF的相关性,并通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估Apelin-12的预测能力。结果 新发AF组患者的年龄更大、男性比例较低、吸烟率和高血压比例更高,N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)显著升高,而Apelin-12水平显著降低(P均<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示,年龄(P=0.002)、高血压(P=0.011)、cTnI(P<0.001)、NT-ProBNP(P=0.010)及hs-CRP(P=0.038)是新发AF的独立危险因素,而男性(P=0.001)和Apelin-12水平(P=0.021)是保护因素。ROC曲线分析显示,Apelin-12对新发AF的预测能力中等(AUC=0.639,95% CI:0.548-0.730,P=0.014)。结论 Apelin-12水平降低与AMI患者新发AF的发生显著相关,且具有一定的预测能力。炎症和心功能标志物(TnI、NT-ProBNP、hs-CRP)是新发AF的重要危险因素,可为AMI患者新发AF的早期风险评估和干预提供参考。

摘要： 世界一流企业需要世界一流人才,而一流人才的培养需要以务实管用的培训体系为基础支撑。研究总结国外知名企业培训体系的特点,思考国有企业如何完善培训体系,具有现实意义。通用电气公司、法国电力集团和葡萄牙电力公司作为国外知名企业,高度重视员工培训工作,形成了一套行之有效的培训体系。

摘要： 数字化与绿色化已成为我国向高质量发展演进的两大核心趋势,两者正在深度耦合,协同发展。本文基于双化协调理念,构建了建筑企业数字化与绿色化评价指标体系,以两个典型的企业为例,测度2011~2021年建筑企业数字化和绿色化发展水平,利用改进的耦合协调模型计算企业数字化与绿色化耦合协调度,并通过障碍度模型分析影响系统协调发展的障碍因素。研究发现:(1) 建筑企业数字化发展水平和绿色化发展水平整体稳步提高,且绿色化水平基本上一直高于数字化水平。(2) 建筑企业数字化和绿色化的耦合协调度稳步提升,历经了从初级协调发展到良好协调,直至优质协调的递进过程,取得了显著成就。(3) 数字化技术创新、数字化业务创新、近三年环境处罚情况、研发资金投入和高级科研人员比例是系统协调发展的核心障碍因素,要从这几个方面突破才能有效提高耦合协调水平。研究结果符合实际情况,具有良好的适用性,为衡量建筑企业数字化绿色化耦合发展水平、探索其发展与提升策略提供了一定启示。Digitization and greening have become the two core trends of China’s move towards high-quality development, and the two are being deeply coupled and synergistically developed. This paper builds an evaluation index system for digitization and greening of construction enterprises on the basis of the concept of dual-coordination, measures the development level of digitization and greening of construction enterprises in 2011~2021 with two typical enterprises as an example, calculates the degree of coordination between enterprise digitization and greening coupling with an improved coupling coordination model, and analyzes the impact on the system’s coordinated development with an obstacle-degree model. The study also analyzes the obstacle factors affecting the coordinated development of the system through the obstacle degree model. The findings are follows: (1) The development level of digitization and greening of construction enterprises has been steadily improving as a whole, and the level of greening has basically been higher than the level of digitization. (2) The coupling coordination degree of digitization and greening of construction enterprises has been steadily improving, and substantial progress has been made from primary coordination to good coordination, and finally to high-quality coordination. 摘要： 建筑施工企业普遍面临“两金”占用过高的问题,其中包括应收账款和存货的过度积压。针对这一问题,本文通过分析企业“两金”管理的现状及其对财务运行的负面影响,分析了问题来源,包括项目结算效率低、客户信用管理不足及物资采购和库存管理不规范等。基于分析结果,本文提出了一系列针对性的压降策略,如强化合同管理、优化财务流程、加强客户信用控制和利用金融工具盘活资产等,并结合实际案例论证了措施的实施效果。研究结果表明,压降策略在改善企业资金流动性、降低财务风险和提高结算效率方面具有显著作用。本文总结了实施“两金”压降策略的实践经验,以期为未来的企业财务管理和战略规划提供参考。

摘要： Intelligent monitoring and management of pesticide spraying behavior significantly affects the growth of crops and product quality. In this study, a multi-target spraying behavior detection with an interaction of video scene in Pitaya orchard was proposed. Firstly, the improved YOLOv8-n model was utilized for human and sprayer target detection. Secondly, the top-down AlphaPose keypoint detection model was utilized to detect human skeletal keypoints. Then, the ST-GCN model was employed to explore the action features on time axis, and then, the model that could recognize spraying actions was obtained. Finally, the sprayer target and human spraying behavior were fused to achieve accurate detection of multi-target spraying behaviors. To verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, a collected 60-minute video was tested. The results showed that the mAP@50 of the improved YOLOv8-n model was 99.5%. The detection accuracy and speed of the AlphaPose key detection model were 73.3% and 30.98 fps, respectively. For simultaneous detection of multi-person spraying, the Accuracy of Classifier (ACC) was 95.48%. Furthermore, an effectiveness analysis was conducted on different situations, such as: occlusion, distance variation, and lighting in multi-person spraying, the average accuracy of 89.71% was obtained. All the results showed that the method could be utilized to identify multi-person spraying behavior in facility environments, which could provide technical reference for standardization of fruit traceability system and agricultural product quality supervision.
