摘要： 本书对专利费用的政策功能与效用进行了研究。首先，对专利费用的起源及我国的发展现状进行了分析，并对世界上一些国家和地区的专利费用政策及其发展趋势进行分析，同时回顾了与专利费用政策相关的理论研究现状。其次，在分析专利费用政策功能一般理论的基础上，分别研究了专利费用政策对专利制度运行和技术创新的作用机理。最后，将理论研究与我国专利费用政策实践相结合，提出了相关完善建议。

摘要： This thesis explores app-based ride-share as an emblem of the digitized, post-Fordist economic transition. I review how its recent emergence connects to the 20th century taxi-dominated ride-hailing industry, and to broader post-War socioeconomic and political trends. Examining driver demographics in the context of the ride-share labor process, I assess how class, gender, racial, and other social hierarchies influence workplace outcomes. Throughout, I emphasize the modulating role of both algorithmic management and worker-to-worker exchange.

摘要： For any company involved in sales, maximization of profit is the driving force that guides all decision-making. Many factors can influence how profitable a company can be, including external factors like changes in inflation or consumer demand or internal factors like pricing and product cost. Understanding specific trends in one's own internal data, a company can readily identify problem areas or potential growth opportunities to help increase profitability. In this discussion, we use an extensive data set to examine how a company might analyze their own data to identify potential changes the company might investigate to drive better performance. Based upon general trends in the data, we recommend potential actions the company could take. Additionally, we examine how a company can utilize predictive modeling to help them adapt their decision-making process as the trends identified from the initial analysis of the data evolve over time.

摘要： 随着时代的进步,我国的基础设施完善和人民群众福利保障机制正在逐渐变好.传统医保住院费用的报销审核程序较为繁杂,这也使得审核报销工作的效率较低.为了优化医保住院费用的报销申请流程,基于信息智能化社会的背景之上,设计全新的医保住院费用报销审核程序,保障了工作的效率和质量,也能够统一医保住院费用报销标准,促使财务数据的统计更加便捷.同时可以让群众在医保住院费用的报销过程中获得更多的便利和实惠.

摘要： 市场风险是企业经营活动中面临的一种常见风险.市场风险的不确定性给企业带来了一系列的挑战,其中之一是对企业资产负债表的冲击.本文在探讨市场风险对企业资产负债表影响的基础上,进一步剖析了市场风险对企业资产负债表决策的冲击,并针对性提出了企业有效应对市场风险冲击的有效措施.

摘要： 随着经济环境的变化，企业需摆脱原有的发展模式，积极探索现代化发展道路。预算管理作为财务管理的重点任务，对企业成本控制具有重要的意义，企业要获得更大的利润，应从自身角度出发做好财务预算管理，减少不必要的成本消耗。但目前部分企业未意识到财务预算管理与成本费用控制的关系，财务管理工作存在诸多问题。基于此，本文从财务预算管理角度成本费用的控制策略，实际工作具有指导意义。

摘要： 随着知识经济的发展，企业的无形资产价值比重日趋上升，只有具备良好的思政素养，无形资产评估人员才能在复杂的评估环境中做出正确的判断和决策。因此，无形资产评估课程思政教学改革是必要的。本文从设计理念、教学方法、教学保障、教学实施、教学评价等方面探讨课程思政教学改革整体思路，并结合知识和技能要求融入思政元素。本文为无形资产评估课程教学改革提供了建设思路，并可借鉴推广。
