摘要： Objective To understand the influence of coping tendency on subjective well-being influence of the naval surface ship officers and sailors，and explore the mediating role of depression. Methods A total of 295 naval surface ship officers and sailors were selected by simple random sampling，who were surveyed by simplified coping style questionnaire，patient health questionnaire-9，and Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness. Results Coping tendency，depression，and subjective well-being were significantly correlated with each other（all P<0.01）. There was a negative correlation between coping tendency and depression（r=-0.429，P<0.01）. Coping tendency and subjective well-being were positively related（r=0.449，P<0.01）. Depression was negatively correlated with subjective well-being（r=-0.603，P<0.01）. Taken depression as the mediator variable，its mediation effect accounted for 49.05% of the total effect. Conclusion Coping tendency could directly and positively predict the subjective well-being of officers and sailors. Moreover，coping tendency could also influence subjective well-being through the partial mediating effect of depression. The more proactive the coping tendency，the lower the level of depression，and the better the subjective well-being. The administrative units can improve the depression of officers and sailors by carrying out the training of coping skills，so as to improve the troops’ subjective well-being. © 2025 Chinese Medical Journals Publishing House ***. 摘要： 跨境电商综合试验区设立十年来,已成为推动中国外贸转型升级的重要引擎.2015年,首个综试区在杭州诞生,破解了跨境电商发展中的体制性难题,也探索了创新监管模式.从"六体系两平台"的顶层设计到"无票免税"等政策突破,综试区为跨境电商交易、支付、物流等环节提供了制度保障,并逐步形成可复制推广的经验.经过十年的发展,综试区从最初1个试点城市扩展至全国165个,覆盖31个省份,推动了外贸结构优化与规模增长.
