文章采用正交试验方法,对全息膜复合PET柱镜光栅片材生产工艺技术条件进行了研究,考察了全息膜厚度、全息膜与前辊接触面、放卷张力三个因素对光栅表面性能的影响,同时对其物理性能进行了对比测试。通过试验得出,在全息复合PET柱镜光栅片材生产过程中,最佳生产工艺为全息膜厚度20 μm,接触面50%,放卷张力15 N。该工艺试验下无复合褶皱、有轻微翘曲度1 mm,无拉升变形。物理性能测试结果除纵向拉升强度略低外,其他性能都是超过或相近于纯PET原料柱镜光栅片材的,表明其应用到产品上是具备可行性的。The production process conditions of holographic film composite PET cylindrical mirror grating sheet were studied using orthogonal experimental methods. The effects of holographic film thickness, holographic film front roller contact surface, and unwinding tension on the surface properties of the grating were investigated, and their physical properties were compared and tested. Through experiments, it was found that the optimal production process for holographic composite PET cylindrical mirror grating sheets is a holographic film thickness of 20 μm, a contact surface of 50%, and an unwinding tension of 15 N. Under this process test, there were no composite wrinkles, slight warping of 1 mm, and no tensile deformation. The physical performance test results show that, except for slightly lower longitudinal tensile strength, all other properties exceed or are similar to pure PET raw material column mirror grating sheets, indicating its feasibility for application in products.
