随着算法技术的发展,电商平台广泛运用个性化推荐进行精准营销,一方面个性化推荐有效解决了用户在数据时代面临的信息过载问题,但另一方面其也带来了诸如“算法歧视”、“个人信息泄露”以及版权侵权等法律问题。为规范平台算法推荐拒绝权的适用,减少用户不必要的责任,应首先树立正确的价值观,以数字化治理为动力,以软硬结合为方向,通过协调多方力量,全面提升侵权治理效能。With the development of algorithmic technology, e-commerce platforms have widely used personalized recommendation for precision marketing.
