以半主动悬架系统为研究对象,针对路面的变化产生的震动与冲击对半主动悬架的影响,为了改善汽车平顺性,文章采用Simulink仿真,设计了不同数量的隶属度函数的模糊PID控制、PID控制系统以及对比了其与被动悬架系统的性能,得出模糊PID控制器相比于PID控制器与被动悬架,具有更好的控制效果,以及7隶属度函数相比于3隶属度函数使模糊PID控制器的控制效果更加稳定,能够改善车辆悬架的性能以及改善了汽车平顺性。Taking the semi-active suspension system as the research object, aiming at the influence of vibration and impact caused by the change of road surface on the semi-active suspension, in order to improve the ride comfort of the car, this paper uses Simulink simulation, and the fuzzy PID control and PID control system with different number of membership functions are designed, and the performance of the fuzzy PID control system and the passive suspension system are compared. It is concluded that the fuzzy PID controller has better control effect than the PID controller and the passive suspension, and the 7 degree function is more stable than the 3 degree function, which can improve the performance of the vehicle suspension and improve the vehicle ride comfort.
