摘要： To understand the current status and characteristics of clinical trials for oral diseases in China, for the purpose of providing a reference for the research and development of oral diseases in China. Retrieving the information on clinical trials related to oral diseases registered on the"Platforms for drug clinical trial registration and information"of the National Medical Products Administration from the date of the database establishment to December 31, 2024. The number of clinical trials, type of drugs, trial phases, indication, trial scope, design types were statistically analyzed. As of December 31, 2024, a total of 578 drug clinical trials for oral disease were registered, accounting for 2.1% (578/27 905) of the clinical trials disclosed on the platform during the same period. Bioequivalence clinical trials accounted for the highest proportion [73.9% (427/578)], followed by Phase Ⅰ [9.0% (52/578)], Phase Ⅱ [8.0% (46/578)], and Phase Ⅲ [4.5% (26/578)]. The 578 clinical trials involved 149 types of trial drugs, mainly chemical drugs, among which 127 were developed by domestic pharmaceutical enterprises and 27 by international pharmaceutical enterprises (the five investigational drugs have undergone clinical trials by both domestic and international pharmaceutical companies). The project leader units of the 578 drug clinical trials were distributed in 27 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Excluding 427 bioequivalence clinical trials, the project leader units of 151 new drug clinical trials showed a significant aggregation phenomenon, and only three specialized oral hospitals have served as project leader units for drug clinical trials. 摘要： 近年来，以污水流行病学为基础的污水验毒技术在大麻滥用评估中应用愈加广泛，大麻中主要活性物质及其生物代谢产物的稳定性是准确评估滥用量的关键. 本研究通过标准加入法，研究了避光和光照条件下生活污水中四氢大麻酚（THC）、大麻酚（CBN）、大麻二酚（CBD）的稳定性，并与其主要生物代谢产物四氢大麻酸（THC-COOH）进行了比较;采用多元线性回归以及相关性分析，探讨了样品存储时间（t）、污水水质参数（化学需氧量 (COD)、氨氮 (NH3-N)、总磷 (TP)、总氮 (TN) 浓度和pH）对THC、CBN、CBD和THC-COOH稳定性的影响. 结果表明：避光和光照条件下，18 h内THC、CBN和CBD均降解产生较低浓度的THC-COOH，光照会加快THC、CBN和CBD的降解;24 h内THC-COOH稳定性高于THC、CBN和CBD;4种目标物去除率与t、水质参数的多元线性回归方程中，R2值均大于0.89，在 P ≤ 0.05 的置信水平上，THC去除率与t具有正相关性，CBN、CBD去除率均与t和NH3-N存在正相关性，THC-COOH去除率与t具有正相关性，与NH3-N存在负相关性. 因此，利用生活污水样品进行大麻滥用评估时，以THC-COOH作为目标分析物为佳，取样后避光保存且尽快完成测试（24 h内）对于准确评估大麻滥用量至关重要.

摘要： 利用废弃铁刨花再生后的产物，作为铁基催化剂供体，用于处理难生化降解的餐厨沼液MBR出水. 考察了铁刨花投加量、H2O2投加量、初始pH值和重复使用次数对污染物去除的影响. 在此基础上，利用SEM，XRD，XPS和FT-IR进一步探究反应进程. 实验结果表明，初始pH值为3，铁刨花投加量为70 g·L−1，30% H2O2投加量为2 mL·L−1，曝气强度为5 L·min−1时，COD去除率为83.04%，大于传统芬顿的COD去除量，腐殖酸类物质的荧光强度大幅下降. 电子顺磁共振和自由基探针实验结果表明，主要活性氧物质为∙OH，在反应进行25 min时，∙OH生成量为5379.79 nmol·L−1. 本研究不仅为餐厨沼液MBR废水深度处理提供有效途径，也为工业水处理中降低类芬顿试剂成本提供了一种可行思路.

摘要： 金融科技与传统金融业的深度融合在推动金融创新与效率提升的同时,也会加剧银行间风险溢出的可能性.本文基于2010～2022 年我国国有股份制银行和城市商业银行的面板数据,构建固定效应模型,系统分析了金融科技对银行间风险溢出的影响及其内在机制.研究结果表明,金融科技显著促进了银行间风险溢出,且国有银行与非国有银行在这一影响上存在显著差异.此外,银行间的高关联业务进一步加剧了风险的溢出,而金融监管政策则对这一传导机制起到了明显的负向调节作用,能够有效抑制金融科技驱动的风险溢出.根据研究结论,建议加强风险控制,限制关联业务,优化监管机制.

摘要： 利用计算机技术进行飞行器结构非线性振动响应预测,对振动试飞数字化发展具有重要意义.基于直升机飞行实测振动数据,从时间序列角度出发,利用反向传播(BP)神经网络建立非线性振动响应单步和多步预测模型.在稳定和机动飞行动作中验证模型有效性后,预测直升机结构在不同飞行动作中的航向、侧向和垂向振动量值,分析预测步长对模型预测精度的影响,研究结果可为结构非线性振动响应预测模型在飞行试验中的应用提供参考.
