现如今,微信已经逐渐深入到人们的日常生活中,成为日常人际交往不可或缺的一部分。青年群体作为微信的主要用户,他们的朋友圈正在从“熟人社交”转变为“泛关系社交”。微信的分组设置功能应运而生,它允许用户根据不同的关系群体创建不同的组别,并根据个人意愿选择内容的可见范围。这种设置方式有效地帮助用户自主控制朋友圈,并对用户的自我呈现策略产生影响。本研究以青年群体为主要研究对象,通过参与观察和深度访谈的方法,对微信朋友圈分组设置的行为现状、效果和影响进行了实证研究。研究发现,青年群体在朋友圈设置分组的行为在短期内具有三个主要效果:满足用户的归属认同感,实现小范围的精准传播,同时也带来传播的功利化。长期来看,这种行为也可能导致一些消极影响。例如,分组设置可能会导致自我角色认知的混乱,引发社交关系的紧张,甚至使社交逐渐走向封闭。Nowadays, WeChat has gradually penetrated into people’s daily life and become an indispensable part of daily interpersonal communication. As the main users of WeChat, the youth group is changing their WeChat Moments from “acquaintance socialization” to “general relationship socialization”. WeChat’s group setting function was created to allow users to create different groups based on different relationship groups and choose the scope of visible content according to their personal wishes. This setting effectively helps users control their WeChat moments independently and has an impact on their self-presentation strategies. Taking youth groups as the main research object, this study conducted empirical research on the behavioral status quo, effects, and impacts of WeChat Moments group settings by means of participant observation and in-depth interviews. It is found that the behavior of youth groups in setting up groupings in their Moments has three main effects in the short term: satisfying users’ sense of belonging identity, realizing accurate communication in a small range, and also bringing about the utilitarianization of communication. In the long run, this behavior may also lead to some negative effects. For example, grouping may lead to confusion in self-perception of roles, cause tension in social relationships, and even gradually lead to social closure.
