本文分析了贵州茶产业的网络营销现状,利用SWOT分析法探讨其优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。贵州茶产业凭借优越的地理环境、悠久的历史和较大的产业规模,具备巨大发展潜力,但也面临单产和产值较低、生产效益不高及品牌建设不足的问题。在国家和地方政府的支持,以及年轻人对茶文化日益浓厚的兴趣的推动下,贵州茶产业迎来了重要的机遇。然而,其他品牌的竞争和茶叶加工技术的限制构成了威胁。为提升网络营销效果,本文提出了加强品牌建设、精准市场定位、推动茶旅融合及利用互联网拓展销售渠道等对策,旨在通过这些策略实现贵州茶产业的高质量发展,提升其市场竞争力和经济效益。This article analyzes the current state of online marketing for the Guizhou tea industry using a SWOT analysis to explore its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The Guizhou tea industry, with its superior geographical environment, long history, and large scale, holds significant development potential. However, it also faces challenges such as low yield and output value, low production efficiency, and insufficient brand development. With support from national and local governments and growing interest in tea culture among young people, the Guizhou tea industry has important opportunities. Nevertheless, competition from other brands and limitations in tea processing technology pose threats. To enhance the effectiveness of online marketing, this article proposes strategies such as strengthening brand building, precise market positioning, promoting tea tourism integration, and leveraging the internet to expand sales channels. These strategies aim to achieve high-quality development of the Guizhou tea industry, enhancing its market competitiveness and economic benefits.
