根据目前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控和救治工作情况,结合蒲辅周先生经验,总结此次疫情为"寒湿疫",其治疗必须善用麻黄剂;认为国家卫生健康委员会和国家中医药管理局推荐在中西医结合救治新型冠状病毒肺炎中使用"清肺排毒汤"非常正确和及时,该方实为张仲景相关经方的融合创新运用,可为疫情防控和临床救治发挥重要作用。

连花清瘟胶囊和α-干扰素联合洛匹那韦/利托那韦 治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎30例

目的:观察洛匹那韦/利托那韦治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的疗效。方法:将新型冠状病毒肺炎60例病人分为2组,各30例,对照组应用连花清瘟胶囊和α-干扰素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用洛匹那韦利/托那韦治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果:观察组显著有效13例,部分有效10例;对照组显著有效3例,部分有效11例;观察组病人的治疗有效率为76.67%,明显高于对照组的46.67%(P<0.01)。结论:洛匹那韦/利托那韦治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎有效。
